Kenneth came to GOALS in the winter of 2017. His career navigator will always remember his first appointment as he reported he had walked two and a half hours to get to the meeting. She worked with him to tap into his strengths in order to overcome barriers to employment. They worked together to find resources to meet his needs in preparation for employment. After helping Kenneth create a resume, she worked side by side with him to submit online job applications. She worked with him to apply, complete the required documentation, and prepare for interviews. With just a little help getting back on track, Kenneth was hired permanently at a local company and is on the path to success.
